I have so many things I want to do with this blog in the next year. I thought that I would share some of my dreams for this blog with you:
-Continue posting at least six times a week
-Make at least six vlogs this year (I know I kept talking about one over the summer, but with all the chaos that happened and our sudden move to Seattle, it just wasn't a priority)
-Take better product pictures as well as better product swatches
-Start incorporating some other products into my reviews now that I have actually started using different products
-Host at least 6 giveaways this year
-These ones are a stretch, but I think it would be really neat to meet one of my favorite artisans and watch them do their craft OR to visit the headquarters of one of the bigger lip balm companies
To start on one of these goals, I have a giveaway for you today!
Last year I hosted a huge giveaway for my blog turning one and this year I'd like to do the same! This year I'm giving away: 1 tube of Long Winter Farm's Peppermint Hot Cocoa, 6 tubes of lip balm from Aqua Blossom along with a lip butter pot, 3 tubes of ChapStick's MixStixx (one of each flavor), and a $25 Etsy Giftcard
One lucky person will win all of the above!! This giveaway will run for 2 weeks and the winner will be announced shortly after. This giveaway is only open to U.S. residents, sorry!!
a Rafflecopter giveaway
Good luck to everyone who enters! And thank you ALL for your constant support over the last two years!
xoxo,
Christina
Congrats Christina ;) I like reading interviews with artisans, seeing who is behind the products and how they got started.
ReplyDeleteI love reading all your reviews but I would like to see more reviews about different lip balm companies instead of a lot of the same shops.
ReplyDeleteI would actually like to see reviews of lip glosses as well as balms!

I'm so glad I found you on Twitter! I've found some great balms because of you!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! I really enjoy your blog :)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations. I like how you review smaller etsy shops. I only use vegan balms, and it would neat to feature some more of them. I shared my favourite ones here: http://tastespace.wordpress.com/2013/03/02/the-best-vegan-lip-balms/
ReplyDelete(not sure which ones are new to you)
Two! How fun! You have helped me pick some fabulous flavours of balm from some really great shops!!! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI think it would be fun to see comparisons of flavours between shops. Like, what you think is the best peppermint balm and why, etc. Or if you have certain preferences of balms for bedtime vs during the day vs underneath lipstick vs in cold weather vs dry weather, etc.
Perhaps you could share some diy beauty projects
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see some balms from apothecaries in the uk x
ReplyDeleteI agree with lily ^ more shops would be great!
ReplyDeleteI would love to see more balms and some lip tints! My favorite brand right now is Yes to Carrots and Theme Fragrance. Thanks! :)
ReplyDeleteI would love a review of the Lip Treats from Smith & Vandiver please - You can see them all here http://www.svnaturally.com/petite-treats/lip-treats.html if you haven't heard of them.
ReplyDeleteThank you!

ReplyDeleteI've discovered so many wonderful shops through your blog; I agree about more tinted lip balm reviews, and things like lip scrubs and exfoliators.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to see reviews on other bath and beauty products, like makeup, especially natural or handmade from Etsy shops
ReplyDeleteI am so glad I stumbled upon your blog because it led me to Long Winter Farm which I was super excited about because I only live about an hour from where she is located, and I live buying local, handmade products!!! I am also very happy to have found For Goodness Grape. They both have awesome lip balms as well as other wonderul products! My favorite balms so far are Long Winter Farm's Peppermint Hot Cocoa and For Goodness Grape's Chill Pill. I have another huge order coming from For Goodness Grape soon. Lisa just had an awesome end of the year sale, and I got tons of stuff!!! I can't wait to place another order for Long Winter Farm, too. There are so many other companies I want to try since finding your blog. I am also about to place an order with Epically Epic Soaps. Sorry for such a long post... I just love these awesome lip balms!!! :-)

But my favorite lip balm will always be Long Winter Farm. My top three scents/flavors are probably Yeti Breath, Peppermint Hot Cocoa, and Strawberry Jam. At least until another favorite crosses my path! And congrats on the blog's birthday!
