Sponsor Shout Out: Aqua Blossom

Happy Monday, everyone!

I know I usually post my Mini Monday's today, but I thought I'd give that a rest this week so that I can share something else with you! I don't know if you've noticed, but I've got a new sponsor this month! I'm SO happy that Ashley, owner of Aqua Blossom, has decided to sponsor my blog! She is seriously such a wonderful person to talk to and buy from, her products are amazing and so is her customer service! I thought that you all would appreciate getting to know the artist behind these beautifully crafted balms, so here's a little bit about Ashley and her shop!

Ashley: I am a stay at home mom to two little boys, ages 2 and 3. I began making baby products last year for them, and it just kind of evolved into bath and body products. I did tons of research and learned all about different ingredients and techniques, and decided to open Aqua Blossom in May 2011. Since then, it's been amazing! I've experimented with so many different ingredients and I really enjoy using natural butters, oils, waxes, clays, etc. I absolutely love my job - I love coming up with new product ideas, formulating recipes, designing my labels, and working with my customers. It's my creative outlet and my job all in one :)

Lip Balm Wrangler: What got you into making handmade/homemade bath products?
Ashley: I started making natural baby bath soaks and baby moisturizers for my kids. As I learned more about different ingredients, I started branching out into making lip balms, body butter, and body scrubs.

Lip Balm Wrangler: What is your personal favorite bath & body product?
Ashley: I am absolutely in love with dry clay masks! They are so versatile - you can use it as a weekly mask, or make a thick paste with them to use as a spot treatment. They are wonderful for my face and completely natural!

Lip Balm Wrangler: What is your favorite lip balm flavor of the balms available in your shop?
Ashley: Ooh this is a really tough one. I have about 26 flavors right now (and constantly adding more!!) so I kind of like all of them for different occasions. I'd say my favorite seasonal balm that I have out right now would be Brown Sugared Pear, but my all-time favorite would have to be Passionfruit Rose!

Lip Balm Wrangler: Where do you get your biggest inspirations from for your lip balm flavors?
Ashley: I do a lot of seasonal flavors - Cranberry Orange, Pumpkin Cheesecake, and then Chocolate Covered Strawberry for Valentine's Day. Fruity and tropical flavors for summer also. A lot of my flavors are fruity - I am a Florida girl so I have several citrus flavors :)

Not only has Ashley decided to sponsor my blog, but she's also offering a discount for all of you lovely readers! You can save 20% off any purchase between now and March 31, 2013 with coupon code: WRANGLER which is good for use in her Etsy shop and at AquaBlossom.com.

So now that you know some more about Ashley, why don't you head on over to her shop and share some love! I promise you, her products will not disappoint!
