I know these are more lipsticks than lip butters, but these ColorBurst lip butters are awesome!

I have two packages on the way! One from Long Winter Farm and one from Orange Thyme. I can't wait to try the Caramel Apple! I'm having a small problem though. I ordered from Rachel on the 13th and it still hasn't shipped. I tried twice to send her a convo and got no answer twice. I hope she is okay! She is usually so good about answering convos. Just out of curiosity, when did you order? I'm so anxious to try it!

I ordered on the 12th and it shipped the 20th and got here either Saturday or Monday, sometime last weekend haha. It did take a while to get shipped, but your's should have shipped by now. I wonder what's going on, she's fabulous about convos and shipping ususally! Hope it ships soon!

I'm on a bit of a budget since we are moving and I just had a baby 3 weeks ago so I just ordered Strawberry Jam and a back up of my new favorite Vanilla Mint. I was so excited to see that Strawberry Jam was available on her website! Can't wait to try it. And the Caramel Apple sounds fantastic! I sure hope it ships soon!

Wow. I ordered from Orange Thyme on the 10th. Sent a message and still nothing. Super disappointed as I've been a loyal customer but maybe not after this :-/

I completely understand how you feel. I can be very patient with handmade items so long as I can get an update or just a "Hey! Sorry I'm taking so long but your order will ship in the next couple days!" Plus, the TAT got pushed back, which my order will still go beyond. I've had similar incidents like this with previous orders but this has officially put a bad taste in my mouth.
DeleteOh I didn't even realize the TAT got pushed to 10-12 days. Hopefully both of our orders ship soon. Mine was only for one lip balm but I have over 30 Orange Thyme balms and a few soaps as well. I love her stuff so I guess it's worth the wait. I'm dying for this Caramel Apple!

I'm so sorry you both are having the same issue. I'm wondering if something is going on because she's usually so prompt with her shipping. I hope it really doesn't deter you from purchasing from her, her products are fabulous and usually she's so great about everything (customer service, shipping, etc). I hope both of your items ship soon!

I have been using balms from Wrenhouse off etsy this week. She only makes 2 balms: Maine Blueberry and Vermont Maple. I really like the scent of these balms they are very true to the real thing and her artwork on each balm is lovely!
ReplyDeleteAlso using Blueberry Crumble and Brown Sugar balms from LWF which I love. I don't think Amanda makes these regularly anymore. Haven't seen them in the shop since 2011.
I can tell you're totally into Fall flavors right now and I don't blame you because I am too! The Main Blueberry and the Blueberry Crumble sound wonderful! I wish she still made it, that would be an interesting one to try. I'll be keeping my eye out just in case she ever stocks it again.
